There has been a change of plans at Prize Fight Promotions -- the promotional home of DC welterweight
Dusty Harrison. After
BATB first reported that Harrison would participate in a six-round encounter for his next bout, Russ Young of Prize Fight informs the boxing media that Harrison will now compete in a four-round encounter.
Someone has a brain. Thank god for poor Dusty. And to set the record straight, he did not get paid 12000. for his first fight. Try $1200!
ReplyDeleteWhoever writes this baloney about fighters and the sport of boxing ought to take a few years off and try to learn something about the sport before they start making the sort of pronouncements about a young fighters career and how a 17 year old kid should be allowed to do whatever and jump froma 4 to a 6 in his second fight. Wake up people.
Well Mr. Anonymous, you're wrong about the purse of $1200 for his first fight. For someone who thinks he knows Dusty's team so well, it seems that you know about as much as the person that made the claim of $12,000. You ought to take some of your own advice and "learn something about the sport before you start making the sort of pronouncements" By the way, WTF is a pronouncement you illiterate retard.
