First, it wasn't a loss, it was a draw! Secondly, I also thought Kisner won every round. The rounds were close, but I thought Kisner did more to win the bout.
I thought Kisner won the first 3 but faded in the 4th which I gave to Ward. I honestly don't see another round that I could give to Ward but maybe there was something I missed in one of the other rounds. But for one of the judges to score it 3 rounds to 1 for Ward is way off and borderline absurd.
I was happy for Ward to come out in his debut without any major amateur experience and get a draw though. He hasn't been boxing for too long and he's only going to get better.
