Kennedy-Sigmon East Coast Title Bout Headlines December 11 Card in Pikesville!

Baltimore, MD's "Vicious" Julius Kennedy will take on Scott "Cujo" Sigmon of Bedford, VA for the vacant East Coast Super Middleweight championship in the main event of the Baltimore Pro Boxing card on Saturday, December 11th at the Pikesville National Guard Armory in Pikesville, MD.

The last bout for Kennedy (7-1-1, three KO's) was the 10-round draw he had against Jessie Nicklow on September 17 at Du Burns Arena in Baltimore, MD for the Maryland State and WBF All-Americas Middleweight title. Sigmon (12-2, five KO's) has won four straight bouts since his last loss -- a 10-round unanimous decision to Nicklow on March 20th at Du Burns. Sigmon's last bout was a third-round stoppage of John Michael Terry on November 10 at DC Star Nightclub in DC.

Good fight. Sigmon is bigger but Kennedy is much sharper... Both are bangers. I think this is the right weight for Sigmon, not for Kennedy. I still give Kennedy a slight edge.
