BATB has learned that Antonio Walls did not weigh in for his bout against Zain Shah. So Walls is out and Portsmouth, VA's John Terry is in. Terry (3-16-3, one KO) is coming off a four-round split decision win over Jason Wahr on May 28 in Norfolk, VA.
Terry has fought in the Beltway a number of times and has faced the likes of George Rivera and Henry Mayes. Terry is scheduled to weigh in at noon today.
