Riverdale, MD heavyweight Horace "The Reason" Grant will have a nice step up in competition when he faces Tony Grano of Hebron, CT in a scheduled 10-round contest on Saturday, June 26 at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, CT.
Grant (15-2, nine KO's) has won three in a row, but will be appearing in just his second bout since 2008. On April 2, Grant won a four-round unanimous decision over Jonathan Felton at the Washington Convention Center.
Grano (17-1-1, 13 KO's) also has a three-bout winning streak that includes an impressive fourth-round knockout of previously undefeated Travis Kauffman on September 18. Grano avenged his only loss to Mark Brown on March 12 at the Foxwoods Casino in Mashantucket, CT, winning a 10-round unanimous decision.

If Grant lets his hands go and puts out a reasonable work rate, he can knock this guy out. This is a good fight for Grant.
