BATB has learned that Baltimore's Ishmail "The Arsenal" Arvin will not be on the May 29 Titanium Promotions card at the DC Armory.
Arvin was scheduled to face Kassim Ouma in a bout for the UBO Junior middleweight title, however, contract negotiations broke down and Arvin's camp could not come to an agreement.

arvin is average real lucky against thompson. nothing to write home about.

Arvin would have gotten his ass handed to him as he has done in every fight where he faced a fighter with a live pulse! Come on!
The Man is Game, Arvin may not have a Great defense but the Man is tough!
