open predictions

123- glen dezurn usa quarterfinalist, against shadded floyd national junior gg semifinalist. good fight but ill take dezurn, hes had some pretty good open experience, with losing close bout to kevin rivers in last year finals and was nationally rated #5 at one time.

132-do doubt usa champion and under-19 finalist rivers wil win by stoppage over macintosh.

141-midwestern trials champ, u-19 bronze medalist, and usa quarterfinalist russell against former national silver gloves champ reed. gonna be a good one. ill take russell closely

152- 08 champion grayton agaist 07 champion and national jo bronze medaist thompson. this on will be the one im looking forward to for sure

165- u-19 champ, national jo champ, and junior world quarterfinalist ballard will take on former national silver gloves champ nicholson. another interesting fight im looking forward to

178- national jo champ and u-19 finalist odom takes on last years finalist govan. good fight but i think odom will pull this one out

201- usa qualifier and #11 nationally ranked johnson takes on tough competitor thomas. johnson had a walk through to the usa untill he was easily beat by top ranked jovante charles 22-5 in prelims who was beat by kisner later in the semis. where thomas does not have the most experience but has fought tough competition such as kisner back in the fall. gonna be an excitiing one to watch.

201+- not to much experience through this one. but will be exciting. you got kelly who has win in semis over 07 novice champ liles and you got rives who has win over nationl pal finalist sol in semis. both have good wins and this will be an exciting one while it lasts

mistake rector is boxing rivers at 132. but still stoppage win for rivers

I think Macintosh could beat Rivers in the reason that Macintosh is not fighting rivers is that they ripped him off when he beat the breaks off that boy

no trust me. macintosh usually gets stopped. and against the number 1 man in the nation it would definently happen

Should be a good show this week, can only hope the matches are as good as last week. The 123lb bout is a toss up to me, I think the 114lb champ could beat them both EASY. Rivers should win the 132lb EASY. I'm going with Russell in a very competetive bout with Reed at 141lb. Should be a good learning experience for Reed this will be his toughest fight so far. I look for Grayton to take the 152lb should be a enteresting bout we have to see if the old Jaycee is back he's been out for quite sometime. Ballard is to strong for Nicholson will be thier second time facing each other, if Nicholson boxes and stay's on the outside he will have a chance. My pick Ballard 165lb. Odom should take 178lb with no problems. 200lb. whoever gets caught first will loose. Kelly should take the 201t

@ 132 I have Rivers

@ 141 Russell for sure two totally different levels not to take anyrting away from Reed but its gonna be a good hard fight

@152 time away does make it a lil harder to come back but also a lot hungrier so imma say JayBoo

178- if Odom makes it to the Nationals Watch what happensto him . He will fold up like a card table. Website, Robe and all..

hahahaahahah! website robe and all. I agree with the last comment. Odom doesnt have the experience nessecary to win at high caliber competition. This was shown the the U-19 finals vs. McCumby who is the best light heavyweight in the nation.
