Cummings Headlines October 1 Ballroom Boxing Card!

Even more great action comes to the Beltway in the fall as Maryland State Super Middleweight champion Cory "Black Ice" Cummings headlines the next Ballroom Boxing card on Thursday, October 1 at Michael's Eighth Avenue in Glen Burnie, MD.

The Baltimore native (17-4, 13 KO's) is still looking for an opponent as he tries to continue the momentum generated by his exciting ninth-round TKO title victory over Demetrius Davis on May 29 at Du Burns Arena in Baltimore.

Also slated to be on the card is the comebacking George "El Gallo" Armenta, the super middleweight from Silver Spring, MD. Armenta (13-4, 11 KO's) is coming off a fourth-round TKO over William Johnson on August 27 in Hagerstown, MD.

More bouts will be announced shortly.

Ice is coming up, those scary super middleweights need to get their game up. Stop being SCARED and fight!!!! Stop running. Derek Edwards need to stop actin' like a little girl and give Ice a shot at that NABA title. Another fool scared to put their belt on the line. Isn't that what this sport is about??????? Put your money were your fist are and lets get it!

Paschall is disrespecting hand to hand combat with that 'Bar-fighting'. I used to respect him for his singular boxing skills.

'Stinky farts' are a weapon in bar-fights. Lets focus on manly hand to hand combo. In the streets of East Baltimore we still had enough respect, even during a real fight to use just hands til our opponents went down.

This is the new WWF, Hulk Hogan, Iron Sheik, Big John Stud. Lets get back to real skill. Bar fights disrespect real boxing and fighting. Do that 'dumb shit' for 4,6,8,10, or 12 3 minute rounds.

You can find the 'clowns', at the 'Bar fights'.

Only one man can beat Mayweather, and that is,....., "Punisher".

Fear of 'Punisher' made him retire. The money should be there for this fight now. I heard a rap talkin bout Mayweather's theatrics in 'Vegas'. Interesting.

They say, "Love of money is the root of all evil", further: "Money answers everything". So now money is answering and bringing out who the clowns are, as though is wasn't evidenced by the cross colored shoes in the amateurs. It ain't 'hatin if you aint 'hatin. Clowns become involved in 'bar-fighting'.

Step up and be seen in 'Clownville @ the Baltimore Arena'. We already know that 'the powers that be' will sell there souls for money, now its clear that it aint just the powers that be. Yeah, I hate bar fights, you can do that in an alley.

You clowns, disrespecting boxing!

I drove from Essex to Glen Burnie looking for a fight card tonite. Can anyone tell me WHY the card was cancelled? I feel so stupid.

The card was actually postponed until sometime in November. My apologies for the unnecessary trip.

I really don't know why the show was postponed.
