Beltway Boxers Hit The Road September 30!

Two Beltway Boxers will participate on separate cards on Wednesday, September 30th and both locals will battle undefeated opponents.

Laurel, MD lightweight Ikem "The Warrior" Orji will take on "Lightning" Rod Salka of Bunola, PA at Heinz Field-VIP Tent in Pittsburgh, PA. No word on how many rounds this bout will go. Orji (5-2, one KO) is coming off a tough six-round split-decision loss to then-undefeated Issac Suarez on May 8 in Philadelphia, PA. Salka (8-0, two KO's) won a six-round unanimous decision over James Ventry on June 24 in Pittsburgh.

At Russo's On The Bay in Howard Beach, NY, Arlington, VA cruiserweight Otganbayer Daivii will drop to light heavyweight to face prospect Yathomas Riley of Panama City, FL in a six-round contest. Daivii (3-2-1, one KO) will be in his first scheduled six-round encounter trying to build off a four-round split decision win over Francois Ambang on May 2 in Fairfax, VA. Riley (7-0, five KO's) scored a first-round TKO over veteran Tiwon Taylor on August 1 in Uncasville, CT.
