Good job, fellas. The boxer that Rivers beat stopped 2008 Olympica Raynell Williams in his regionals to get to Colorado. Big win, now bring it home.

Nick is facing the National Golden Gloves Champion too.

Hay let's not forget about 16 year old Asia who in my opinion is one of the best female boxers in the DC area. I'm looking forward to seeing her compete in the open divison next year. Watch out 132lbs female!

Is Asia Stevenson the 1st junior female boxer to win the JO Nationals if so this is a big accomplishment for her.

She already won the oustanding boxer award for the 2009 Silver Gloves which was awarded to a female for the first. The Washington Post should take note of this. Keep up the good work Asia

Antione Douglas, was the most outstanding boxer in the junior divison, hands down. He battled Tues. thru Thur. with several stitches thru his lip. Having them restitched in the semi final bout, before blowing out the challenger in the championship. The heart of a true champion!!!! Most pro's wouldn't even think about fighting thru this adversity. Lights,Cameras, ACTION!!!
