Capitol Heights, MD featherweight Gary Russell, Jr. remained undefeated with a four-round unanimous decision over Alvaro Muro in Santa Ynez, CA tonight.
Russell scored a knockdown in the third round and went on to the relatively easy victory. All three judges scored the bout 40-35, a shutout.
Russell is now 3-0, one KO. Muro falls to 6-14, five KO's.
