Prize Fight Boxing Signs Dominic Wade!

Not a big surprise, but Largo, MD middleweight Dominic Wade has signed a promotional contract with Prize Fight Boxing of Memphis, TN. Wade made a stunning entry into the pro ranks with a 28-second knockout over Chris Davis on March 14 in Tunica, MS.

The 18-year-old rookie was a four-time Junior Olympic champion and participated in the 2007 Olympic Trials. Wade is being trained by Barry Hunter and co-managed by Hunter and Wade's father, Paul. Wade joins the Undefeated Peterson Brothers, Fernando Guerrero and Ty Barnett in the group of Beltway Boxers who are either currently or have been under promotional contracts to Prize Fight Boxing.

"I have a winning team; I am confident about my future in boxing and very happy to be a part of the Prize Fight stable,” said Wade in a press release.

“Dominic came out and performed very well last week. Obviously, he was an instant hit with the fans. We are very excited about this young man and his ability to establish himself as a force in the middleweight division. The skill set and power Dominic possesses is extremely rare for any fighter and especially one who is only 18 years old. Dominic is in a world class gym with Barry and our plan is to keep him extremely active in the ring,"
said Prize Fight President Russ Young.

don't forget about Zeek. He squirted many ounces of water in Dom's mouth, and the towels stayed clean. Don't ever mention Adrian without Zeek again!!!
