Notes: After the quarterfinals two weeks ago, the decision in the 201-pound bout between Guerrero and Mario Flores of Keely's Gym was reversed because of a scoring error. This sends Guerrero into the finals against Kisner.
There will be two unopposed champions announced during Friday's action:
112 pounds: Erick Cruz (Limelite)
119 pounds: Antonio Magruder (Headbangers)
The event will begin at 8 PM.

he had a good shot at winning the golden gloves and usa nationals,,if hes the champ why not fight in both tournaments,,unless he didnt want to risk loosing? i was looking forward to seeing him,,,even though magruder i think is the better fighter,,i was looking forward to the changes marcus was going to make coming into the golden gloves..Its tradition,,what champs won the us didnt fight in the golden gloves?? i c everybody else but him! first of all..the kid cant miss to many days of school...and y risk getting injured in the golden gloves and not be able go to the USA nationals..u have never seen a fighter in this area go to both nationals in the same year..exept 07 because everyone was trying to qualify for the 08 olympics!!
Also..marcus already beat magruder...magruder was disqualified for holding..he couldnt handle the pressure...that is the only reason he is fighting in the golden gloves..if it were the other way around marcus would be fihghting in the golden gloves

I don't know why people are sayin Gaddis pulled out of golden gloves. He was never in the tournament? Y'all just hurt ya boy took an L. Just accept it. So did Traon pull out too? Get over it...marcus won the fight hands down. Stop making excuses and give credit when credit is do. Did those body shots make him gas out? Or was it the Pressure? I think marcus had a lot to do with that. Magruder has many years left in this game and more people out there to fight then marcus. How can you pull out of a tournament you never enter?..lol. Why C.J and Marcus not fighting in the GG. I know they both going to the Nationals in June, but Im sick & tired of people talkin trash about them. Marcus came back 2 beat Tony and C.J whooped Nick Kisner & Alex Gurrero. C.J been calling them out forever but I don't think they want 2 fight him no more ever since Mr. Jacobs retired Will took C.J in his hands. I think Marcus & C.J will win the Nationals, along with Kevin Rivers, Alan Russell & Thompson William. Good luck to all PVA Fighters this year.
Why C.J & Marcus not Fighting in the GG. I guess cause they going to the Nationals this year. Nick was so happy that C.J didn't compete in the GG this Year. I guess cause C.J whooped him already but Marcus would beat tony again cause tony only fight bums. when he fight top fighters he gets whooped. At least my boy Kevin rivers & Gary Alan russell win by beating top ballers cause they are good just like marcus. tony is good but need 2 box elite fighters
