Some interesting bouts have been added to the Friday, January 23 Baltimore Pro Boxing card at Martin's West in Woodlawn, MD.
The opponent has been named for undefeated Baltimore, MD welterweight James "Keep 'Em Sleepin'" Stevenson (5-0, five KO's) in his first scheduled six-round contest. The opponent will be Rock Hill, SC veteran Darrett Crockett (6-21, four KO's) who will be trying to bounce back from a second-round TKO loss to Tony Jeter on November 14 in Millersville, MD.
There will also be a matchup of young, undefeated Beltway middleweights as Randallstown, MD's Cecil McCalla will take on Lusby, MD's Keith Gross in a four-round contest. Both men have identical records of 3-0, one KO.
The card is also slated to feature the pro debut of Baltimore amateur standout Emmanuel Taylor.
The main event for the card remains the same: Willie "For Real" Williams defends his East Coast Super Middleweight title against fellow Baltimore boxer Henry "Hurricane" Mayes in a rematch. Also, undefeated Brandywine, MD heavyweight Seth "Mayhem" Mitchell takes on Jason Bergman as well as the rematch between Beltway cruiserweights Robert "The MacAttack" McConnell and Eddie "Diablo" Otts.
