David,

Sounds like Pico has been snowing ya! Almost all the boxers I know that have bad records lie about them. The best one was from a guy who will remain nameless. He's from VA, he's a heavyweight, and he's got a record of 1 and 2 (1 win, 2 losses). He told a friend of mine that he was 22 and 1 with 19KO's and that his one loss came as the result of a disqualificiation. He said he was dominating the guy, beating him bad, and when the guy went down he accidentally hit him while he was down and was DQ'd! He even had the nerve to say with a straight face that he was supposed to fight Sultan Ibragimov in Russia but that Evander Holyfield took his place when he was DQ'd! I kid you not, this boxer told my friend this with a straigh face and my friend believed him! So anyway, Pico's not the only one who "stretched" his record, not by a long shot!

Truth be known, Pekoe got stopped in the fourth round by a body shot in the Spadafora fight. I was there so I know.

To my knowledge, his record was correct at 3-3 (now I guess 3-4).

I'll venture a guess...

John "Chocolate Thunder" Boyd is in search of "sponsors" (suckers) again.

No, it's not John "Chocolate Thunder" Boyd, but that's a good one! Here's a hint for you. He's from Virginia, he's a heavyweight. He hasn't fought in over a year and he's a southpaw. See if you can guess! He even fought a Beltway area boxer!
