DC's Anthony Peterson weighed in at 138 pounds for his co-feature bout against Marteze Logan tonight in Tunica, MS. Logan, fighting out of Covington, TN, came in at 136 pounds.
This will be the second time that Logan has faced a Peterson Brother. On November 18, 2006. Logan lost an eight-round unanimous decision to Lamont Peterson also in Tunica.

Why did the Peterson's and Shelly Finkel split up? Shelly used to have those boys on air all the time. Now we never get top see them. I thought everything was going good. If its not broke, do not try to fix it.

Shelly be a rich rich man and the boys be going good, but no real money. How did Ant do, anyway?
Shelly decided that the brothers just didn't put asses in the seats. He fully admits both of the Petersons can box very well, but they just could not sell tickets.
Barry Hunter has a 25% share involment in another promoter/manager and is now doing things on his own. I think they will do just fine in due time. They will have their moment in the near future. Barry is a very smart guy and trust me, he knows what he is doing with the Peterson brothers. They may not get to the top as fast as they would with Shelly Finkel,but they will get there never-the-less.
He not only has 25% share in the company, but he also gets a cut out of the brothers monet too,
the new promotor will atleast have the peterson claiming baltimore as their home instead of memphis. i know that for a fact.
furthermore, i do not think they will ever box in memphis again.
that was shelly's call. hopefully the will be right here in baltimore whare they were born at..
