Petersons Switch From September to November!

Last month, ESPN.com's Dan Rafael reported that the undefeated Peterson Brothers would be participating in the season finale of Friday Night Fights on Sept. 7.

However, Rafael now has word that trainer Barry Hunter has pulled the Petersons off the Sept. 7 card (which would have been in Mississippi) and is talking to the folks at Showtime about a November date. We'll keep you posted.

And hopefully (I'm not holding my breath though) this possible new date will be in the DC area...

Boul...
Over a month ago I agreed to cover 757 Boxing in Virginia Beach for Reggie Barnett's Pro Boxing's Card. If for some reason that doesn't gel, then I would definitely be at Jake's on the 20th.
Either way...good luck with your fight and I know you will do great!

BOUL IS SCARED TO FIGHT SETH MITCHELL. SETHH IS TOO BIG AND STRONG FOR LITTLE OLE BOUL.

Seth MMetchell has only had 5 matches with five guys who were boxing for the first time. Boul would knock Seth out in the very first round.

They are scheduled to fight in the main event at Rosecroft Racetrack on August 3rd. I seen the flyer at
Johnny Boys.

I don't think Seth will be fighting Boul on the August 3 card. Seth is not officially a pro yet. The word is that Seth will turn pro at the beginning of 2008.

Not only that, Seth is a heavyweight. Boul is not.

Haven't heard anything definite. There was talk in the spring about it, but nothing substantial at that point.
