Dyer Makes Quick Work Of Barber; Sigmon Scores Knockout Of Long In Salem, VA!

Baltimore, MD lightweight Jahmal Dyer bounced back from his fourth-round TKO loss in February by scoring a first-round knockout over William Barber of Raleigh, NC at the Roanoke Moose Family Center in Salem, VA.

Dyer needed just 37 seconds to score the victory, his second career win in under a minute.  Dyer is now 5-1, three KO's.  Barber is 0-4 and has yet to get out of the first round.

In the main event of the card, Bedford, VA cruiserweight Scott "Cujo" Sigmon prepared for his July 28th bout with Nick Kisner by scoring a seventh-round knockout over Dustin Long of Johnson City, TN.  Sigmon will carry a 32-12-1, 17 KO record into his bout with Kisner at the Hollywood Casino in Columbus, OH.  Long loses for the first time and he is 0-1-2 with one no contest.
