A couple of late results from this past weekend:
Suitland, MD super welterweight Lenwood "Mr. Composure" Dozier lost a six-round unanimous decision to Derrick "Take It To The Bank" Webster of Glassboro, NJ on June 4 at the Grundy Arena in Bristol, PA. Webster won the bout by shutout (60-54) on all three cards. Dozier falls to 9-11-2, four KO's while Webster raises his record to 20-1, 10 KO's.
On Friday, June 3, Marquis Moore, a native of Fort Washington, MD who now lives in Colorado Springs, CO, scored a first-round TKO over Turner Williams of Beckley, WVA at the Resorts World Casino in Queens, NY. The bout was stopped at 1:20 of the round. Moore is 2-0 with two first-round knockouts. Williams is 1-3.
