A number of Beltway Boxers will be competing on a card at the Masonic Temple in Norfolk, VA on Saturday, March 5.
The card is being co-promoted by Ponytail Promotions and Sho-Nuff Promotions. Noted Baltimore, MD trainer James Hogan runs Ponytail Promotions and this will be the debut promotional effort for multi-time women's world champion and two-time Beltway Boxer of the Year Tori "Sho-Nuff" Nelson.
Among the Beltway contingent on this card are a trio of undefeated Virginia lightweights. Eric "El Torito" Hernandez of Leesburg will take on Darrell Jones of Jacksonville, FL in a six-round contest. Hernandez (6-0, four KO's) is coming off a first-round TKO win over Brandon Hinnant on October 31 in Goldsboro, NC.
