Big Beltway TV and location shake-up for the weekend of November 13 and 14.
The 10-round super welterweight bout between undefeated boxers "Swift" Jarrett Hurd of Accokeek, MD (16-0, 10 KO's) and "Notorious" Frank Galarza of Brooklyn, NY (17-0-2, 11 KO's) was originally scheduled to be on Spike TV on Friday, November 13 from the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino in Biloxi, MS. However, the bout will receive an even bigger audience now because it has been moved to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday, November 14 where it will be the televised co-feature to Gary Russell, Jr's WBC Featherweight title bout on Showtime.
Replacing the Hurd-Galarza bout on Spike TV on Friday, November 13 in Mississippi will be a 10-round contest between Fort Washington, MD light heavyweight Thomas "Top Dog" Williams, Jr. (18-1, 12 KO's) and Humberto Savigne of Miami, FL (12-2, nine KO's). This was a bout that was originally slated for September but Savigne suffered an injury in training. Williams-Savigne will be the co-feature on this card.
