Beltway Boxers Hit Scales In Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York!

A number of Beltway Boxers weighed in for bouts Saturday night in both Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.

Four of those boxers stepped on the scale at the Valley Forge Casino Resort in Valley Forge, PA.

Phil Jackson Benson weighed in at 172 pounds for his eight-round main event contest against Darnell Boone, who weighed 171.

Jarrett Hurd tipped the scales at 155 1/2 for his eight-round bout against Eric Mitchell who came in at 157.

David Grayton hit the welterweight limit of 147 for his six-round encounter with Grayson Blake who tipped the scales at 145 1/2.

Immanuwel Aleem weighed in at 160 for his eight-round bout against Emanuel Sanchez.  However, Sanchez did not weigh in on Friday.

Meanwhile, at the GPG Event Center in Pennsauken, NJ, Malik Hawkins and his opponent, Darius Jackson, both weighed in at 146 pounds for their four-round contest.


At the Paramount Theatre in Huntington, NY, Cory Cummings weighed in at the light heavyweight limit of 175 pounds for his 10-round contest against Joe Smith for the IBA Continental Americas title.  Smith tipped the scales at 174 pounds.

Also on the card, Bayan Jargal and his opponent, Anthony Karperis both weighed in at 135 pounds for their eight-round encounter.
