Card Complete For Saturday At Eastern Market!

The Jeter Promotions/RBA Promotions card is ready to go for the North Hall at Eastern Market on Saturday, August 9.

The main event will be a six-round contest featuring undefeated junior welterweight Bobby Gunn of Hackensack, NJ who will take on veteran Sean Lockhart of Columbia, SC.

Gunn (4-0, four KO's) is coming off a first-round over Evan Coles on June 14 in Annandale, VA.  Lockhart (5-22-2, two KO's) lost his last bout by first-round knockout to Daniel Powell on June 7 in Greensboro, NC.

In another six-round contest, super bantamweight Elton Dharry of Brooklyn, NY will face Leshaun "Lil' Bozeman" Blair of Memphis, TN.

Dharry, a native of Guyana (15-5-1, nine KO's), returns to the ring for the first time since May of 2013 when he scored a first-round TKO over Desi Williams in Charlotte, NC.  Blair (4-31) fights for the second time in less than a week.  Blair lost a six-round unanimous decision to Dedrick Bell in Charlotte, NC.

Beltway Boxer "The Baby-Faced Assassin" Yurii Polischuk" of Landover, MD will take on veteran Damon Antoine of Akron, OH in a six-round encounter.  Polischuk (4-1-1, two KO's) won a four-round unanimous decision over Benjamin Olinga on April 26 in Annandale, VA.  Antoine (11-54-2, five KO's) lost a six-round unanimous decision to Eric Johnson on July 26 in Winston-Salem, NC.

In four-round contests, Columbia, MD heavyweight Stan Williamson will battle the debuting William Chaplin of North Carolina.  Williamson (1-0, one KO) made his pro debut on June 14 in Annandale, VA and scored a second-round TKO over Keanu Braithwaite.

Cheverly, MD light heavyweight Eric "The Inferno" Govan returns to action against debuting Nathan Chambers of NC.  Govan (2-1) will try to bounce back from suffering his first pro loss -- a first-round TKO to Jess Noriega on September 7 in Fort Washington, MD.

Also, Jonathan Cepeda of West Palm Beach, FL will face Quincy Miner of Kansas City, MO in a four-round light heavyweight bout.  Cepeda (12-1, 11 KO's) competes for the first time since suffering his first pro loss -- a first-round TKO defeat to Lamar Russ in October of 2012.  Miner (3-7) was disqualified in his last outing in the third round to Dillon Cook on May 24 in Miami, OK.  Miner fought in DC on April 19 and lost by second-round TKO to D'Mitrius Ballard.
