Emmanuel "Tranzformer" Taylor has won a 10-round unanimous decision over Karim Mayfield tonight in Huntington, NY.
Taylor was in control throughout the contest except the eighth round when he got caught by a Mayfield right hand and was dropped.
Despite that, however, Taylor won by scores of 97-92 and 95-94 (twice).
