David "Day-Day" Grayton remained undefeated tonight at the Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio, CA as he scored a sixth-round TKO over German Valdez of Mexico.
According to Miguel Maravilla of Fightnews.com, Grayton sent Valdez to the canvas in the closing seconds of round two with a body shot as he got up and went to this corner. Grayton followed up on his attack landing a looping right in the sixth round that knocked down Valdez once again as referee Jack Reiss stopped the fight at 59 seconds of round six.
Grayton improves his record to 8-0, seven KO's while Valdez falls to 3-5-1, one KO.
Good work day day keep knocking them out.

ReplyDeleteNo mention of the Aleem bothers previous wins although they train in Maryland and still a part of the D.M.V. and team support for Day day and others sign with the same management
Happy to see young boxers get away from that snake ass Barry and make good things happen.
ReplyDeleteSorry for the oversight. Did not know they were training in the area, since they are listed as from Richmond, VA.
ReplyDeleteWay to not put up two biggest stories of the day. Dusty Harrison is fighting on Golovkin-Geale undercard instead of on ShoBox card. Also Tony Jeter will not be fighting June 14
