Harrison Competes In Delaware Friday!

Undefeated DC welterweight Dusty Harrison will be back in action on Friday, February 8 at the Chase Center in Wilmington, DE.  Harrison  (11-0, seven KO's) last fought on December 8 and scored a first-round TKO over Darrell Jones at the Washington Convention Center.

Harrison's opponent is slated to be Kelly Wright of St. Louis, MO (4-10, five NC's) who will be trying to break a nine-bout losing streak.

  1. Is this what Harrison has referring to when he said he wanted to step up the competition in 2013? Kelly Wright's only win in the last 10 years is against a guy who was 0-16

  5. Looks to me as Team Dusty are on a roll. At this rate the young man will have 20 plus fights under his belt while still at the age of 18. I agree that there is plenty of money behind him. Someone def knows what they are doing. Recent articles says Jeff Fried who has a great track-record with everything he touches. I wish the entire team sucess. We need a role model for our up-coming youth. Right now, it looks like Dusty is our guy!!!

  9. What time does the fights start? Is Dusty the main-event? Are all the fights shown on GoFightLive.com? $9.99

  10. the fights start at 7:00 pm and Dusty will be one of the only two that are on air. $9.99 with any major credit-card. It beats the $35.00 I would have paid here at The DC Convention Center. They are also showing some of his training during the past month at local gyms in the DMV.

  11. You'd rather pay to watch a web stream on a 12" screen than go to live boxing? I have a beachfront property in Nebraska I'd like to sell you!

  13. not sure what class dusty is as a fighter, but the joker sure is making all the right moves. looks like he is making the best out of what he has. yes, he probably should have stayed in washington dc, it does not seem right going out of town being an oppenant, but they been smart thus far. i thought keystone was moving him and the others just fine. usually when a boxer leaves his hometown, he is taking a huge chance being though he is fighting the home-town boy. what the hell, i will spend ten to watch it this evening.

  16. Kelly vs. Harrison got into a heated semi-fight at the weigh-ins. Both were on the verge of being thrown off the show. Should be on youtube shortly. From what I hear, this was no act. Cops were involved and 3 were arrested.

Obviously the poster said the fight was because Kelly was overweight by 2lbs is incorrect. Maybe Dusty being overweight? Also by the looks of the card, I highly doubt that Dusty is the Co-Main.
