Keeshawn Williams Advances to 95-Pound Final at Junior Olympics!

Moments ago in today's semifinals of the Junior Olympic National Championships at the Mobile Convention Center in Mobile, AL, DC 95-pounder Keeshawn Williams moved into the finals of his division with a 22-13 victory over Slade Corvin of Chattanooga, TN.  Williams showed a lot of speed of hand and foot to win the bout.  Williams will face Christopher Colbert of Brooklyn, NY in tomorrow's final.

As we start today's action, six of the 12 boxers from the Beltway Region are still in the competition:  Williams, Jalonte Cole (125 pounds), Malik Hawkins (145 pounds), Jason Bell (165 pounds)DaQuan Johnson (176 pounds) and Calvin Countess (201 pounds).
