Baltimore Boxing Promotions is having a benefit amateur boxing card to raise money for the American Breast Cancer Foundation. The "Knock Out Breast Cancer" card will be held on Friday, July 13 at Du Burns Arena in Baltimore, MD.
Scheduled to appear in the main event is middleweight Jerome Featherstone of Baltimore who will take on Ryan Watson. A former champion wrestler in high school and college, Featherstone is undefeated since putting on boxing gloves less than a year ago. Featherstone won the East Coast Middleweight title defeating Darius Vann earlier this month on the last Baltimore Boxing card.
There will be a co-feature bout between local ladies Amelia Moore and Floria Hani. This will be a rematch in which the winner will receive the "Knockout Breast Cancer championship."
Also slated to be on the card are multi-time national amateur champion Franchon Crews, former Penn State University Boxer A.J. Williams and former Ringside Junior World Champion Joe Veazey. There are 10 bouts scheduled for the card.

Nice to see this is for a good cause... I swear all of these promoters want to keep every penny fot themselves! Glad this is something nice in boxing!
