A potentially very exciting contest headlines "An Evening Ringside," the charity boxing event to benefit the Jonathan Ogden Foundation on Thursday, November 3 at Martin's Valley Mansion in Cockeysville, MD. The boxing portion is being promoted by United Boxers.
Baltimore, MD super middleweight Maxell "The General" Taylor will drop down to middleweight to face the "Berlin Bomber" Joshua Snyder of Berlin, MD in the eight-round main event. Taylor (17-3-1, eight KO's) has won two straight and four of his last five since his return to boxing after a four-year absence. Since his win over then-undefeated Aaron Pryor, Jr. in December of 2008, Snyder (8-6-1, three KO's) has lost three in a row.
Also slated to be on the card are undefeated Baltimore welterweight James "Keep Em' Sleepin'" Stevenson (15-0, 10 KO's), undefeated Forestville, MD welterweight Alantez "Tez" Fox (5-0, three KO's) and Frederick, MD junior middleweight Mischa "The Assassin" Christensen (3-1, one KO).
Josh have not fought in a long time, I wonder what the outcome will bring.
