Baltimore middleweight Omar "The Machine" Sims (5-3-3) tipped the scales at 166 pounds for his scheduled six-round encounter with undefeated Rashad Brown of Philadelphia (4-0, two KO's) tonight at the Sands Casino in Bethlehem, PA.
Brown weighed in at 164 1/4.
