    I WAS THERE, ACTUALLY DIDN'T LOOK TO ME LIKE THE REF GAVE PHIPPS A CHANCE TO FIGHT. HE NEVER GOT KNOCKED OUT, NEVER GOT KNOCKED DOWN. JUST SEEMS ODD THAT THEY STOPPED IT????
