Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times has a nice article on area boxing hero Mark "TNT" Tucker of Eldersburg, MD as he prepares for Friday's USBO Light Heavyweight title bout against George "El Gallo" Armenta of Silver Spring, MD. How does Tucker feel about being the hunted instead of the hunter? Those questions and more are answered by going to this link:

Hero? I thought heroes were soldiers or people of honor who defended their town or their country or a cause. That newspaper must be a real rag to let some writer call Tucker a hero. What a joke. He probably is a hero in his hood for saving the local cat when the family meth lab blew up....
ReplyDeleteYou must really be a hater. Tucker is a hero in his hometown. I guess you are not aware of the tickets and time he donates to his community. If you have ever been to the Shipley Arena you would understand the importance Tucker has on his community.
ReplyDeleteHATER
Way 2 go Carroll County and Mt. Airy for representing y'alls boy. You know, all the non-racist area of Carroll County.
ReplyDeleteR there any? Hopefully I'm not hating on 'hero available' Westminster, but y'alls certainly do have a reputation among the 'color'ds. Ha ha!
