'TNT' Tucker Defends USBO Title Against 'El Gallo' Armenta December 11 in Westminster!

USBO Light Heavyweight champion Mark "TNT" Tucker will make the first defense of his title against George "El Gallo" Armenta on Friday, December 11 at the Shipley Arena in Westminster, MD.

The undefeated Tucker (12-0, seven KO's) of nearby Eldersburg, MD won the USBO title with a 10-round unanimous decision over Jim Strohl in front of a packed house at the Shipley Arena on September 25. Tucker is facing the comebacking Armenta of Silver Spring, MD (13-4, 11 KO's) who returned to the ring after an almost five-year absence and scored a fourth-round TKO over William Johnson on August 27 in Hagerstown, MD.

Soon as we get the information, we'll tell you about the rest of the card.

  5. I hope the Tucker people are not looking past George because Armenta is tuff. I feel it will be a action pact fight and a close fight because of location of they location of the event. I saw George spar a guy they call sugar poo about a month ago and he made poo look bad. But that is sugar poo. Also I have been watching georges trainer over a period of time, and every fighter I see him with are well conditioned and they come to fight and fight hard so all of this will make things interesting. I think the big man he's trainer will be his good luck charm. It should be a good fight.

  7. All those guys are soft at club1.
Tony J is a punk, and Nick Kisner is a joke. Jesse needs to find someone who loves him and Mike needs to find a punch. Langley and Big Melton need to find better fighters and a life. Is Rodley still training there?

  11. Trust me, George is going to beat the brakes off of Mark. Maybe down the road it would have been more competitive, but its to early for young tucker.

  12. Should be a very good fight if armenta is in shape...I still feel that armenta could win this, even though this is a bit heavy for him.

  17. I saw Armenta beat a guy up in hagerstown, however that wasn't Mark Tucker. I still will give the node to Armenta. He has a lot of heart.

  18. Armenta still can fight, and with Milton training him the way that he trains, this fight is worth watching.I still have to go with Tucker because of Armentas long inactivity.

  19. Club One has a nice gym, but fucked up trainers. I heard that some of the laurel bunch have started training there as well.Rock who trained Sharmba Mitchell is there i heard. He is one old black trouble maker that is cancer everywhere he shows up.For those reasons I go with Tucker.

    Tony J.
Please stop sucking cock you washed up right hand hungry fighter.

  24. Tucker is the result of 3rd generation inner breeding.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I guess "inner breeding" produces Champions! But whoever wrote the last comment, might soon realize, u can't breed with your right hand! Unless your shooting it in a vile for a nurse...Armenta will be lucky #13...or I guess unlucky #13 for the chicken, or I guess rooster.

  26. Play it safe Armenta. Leave the country and go back to hunduras and drink your specialty. You can't possibly believe you will beat [TNT.] Do you know what that means.Tucker Night Train.....Think about it.

  27. Wake up DMV. This is local boxing at his best. Tucker is up and coming and Armenta is back in the game again. Armenta looks to knock everybody out and that may be too his demise. If I am a betting man I go with tucker or a draw.

  39. George is a humble guy that trains hard. I have not heard him say one negative comment about Tucker. I don't know him well but him seems to be in shape for this fight. Good Luck George.

  42. Mark Sr… I know you are nervous about this fight and you should be. This will be Mark Jrs toughest fight to date and you will find out where he is as a fighter and it might not be what you thought. He will have to dig deep on this one.
