Capitol Heights, MD featherweight and 2008 Olympian Gary Russell Jr. remained undefeated with a four-round unanimous decision over Noe Lopez of Mexico tonight at the Laredo Entertainment Center in Laredo, TX.
With the win, Russell is now 5-0, two KO's while Lopez evens his record at 4-4.
Perhaps he should stop boxing four rounders. KO ratio is making Gary Russell Jr. be considered to have no punching power what-so-ever. His former team mates are now boxing 10 rounders and are not as experianced as Russell. The amateurs are long gone Mr. Russell.

I would like to no what boxer from that olympic team is fighting ten rounder's. That's impossible the most i have seen them fight is six-rounder's
ReplyDeleteYanez has fought a 4, 6, and a 10 rounder twice.
ReplyDeleteI told you he was on a whole different level than this guy. So what if the guy beat Dat Ngyen. Dat be Dat wouldn't make it out of 4 rounds with Gary. Whole 'nother level!
ReplyDeleteYanez must be the only 1 to fight a ten rounder, most of his teammates are still fighting 4-rounders
ReplyDeleteYanez has ONLY fought 3 fights, none of which have been 10 rounders. C'mon get your facts right if you are going to criticize.
