  4. good for rivera! he can avoid another ass beating! anyone who thinks this kid should fight lange this fall is retarded.... rivera's only chance would be to hit and run and the run some more the whole fight.

  5. Isaac Rodriques is going to be one hell of a boxer. I saw him up in Wilkes Barre PA, against Jose Macho Medina. His hand speed and power are something to behold. I wish his fight was up my way toward PA, NJ NY or De.

  11. Adam seal would of got beat if scotty didnt get cut

  12. Adam did his job and got his guy out of there. Scott was cut because of damage inflicted upon him by Adam. Scott was just too slow to deal with Adam's jab.
That said, in my opinion Adam would have problems with a decent boxer. His legs are stiff and his hands are way too low.
The Rodriques fight was a good one. It's pretty obvious though that Rodriquez is vulnerable to straight right hands. He was fortunate his opponent got over confident after the knockdown and closed the distance. Once he allowed Rodriquez to close the gap, Rodriquez was able to land his shots and get the ko. Good action fight.
Felton and McCrea was interesting. I think McCrea made the fight more difficult because he let Jonathan 'piss' him off. He kind of fought Jonathan's fight which didn't make for a good bout. McCrea was clearly more polished but he didn't establish a jab, or use any angles effectively. With Jonathan bending over all the time I was surprised McCrea didn't take advantage of that. Jonathan was DQ'd for unsportsman-like conduct. I think it was the 3rd rd.
I came late so I didn't see Cecil and Tyrell in their bouts.

  15. Adam would of got beat if Scotty didn't get cut.
What kind of comment is that?
Scotty was down twice in the first round.Hossaflook got paid and hopefully didn't get anymore brain damage than he already has.So everybody got what they were supposed to get out of it.
    Enough said.

Huh? I thought that Adam was supposed to fight "Dynamite" Dan Sheehan?

Also, what happened with the Felton fight? A previous poster said that Jonathan was DQ'd in the Third, but didn't provide details.

At one point, this was advertised as a live Internet broadcast. But like last time, I couldn't find it.

I was hoping for details from last night on the Major League Boxing site, but there is nothing, not even the pre-fight postings. The most recent postings still there are from the April Cujo card.

Thanks for any info you can lend.

  18. Jonathan was repeatedly warned for excessive holding, hitting on the break, and low blows.
He was obviously behind on the score cards at that point so it was probably a good call in any event.
I apologize for misspelling McRea's name.
