Front Royal, VA junior welterweight Andrew "The Doo Man" Farmer and Arlington, VA lightweight "The Mongolian Mongoose" Bayan Jargal will participate in co-feature bouts on the "Tomorrow's Champions 11" card on Saturday, May 9 at the Winchester Sportsplex in Winchester, VA.
Farmer (11-1, seven KO's) is coming off an eight-round unanimous decision over Cesar Vega back on August 9 in Salem, VA while the undefeated Jargal (11-0-1, eight KO's) scored a third-round knockout over Reggie Nash on the last Winchester card on March 14 and is working on a five-bout knockout streak. The opponents for both men have yet to be determined.
With this card, Left Hook Promotions, LLC, the company run by Scott Farmer, becomes the second area promotion to partner with TKO Promotions of Houston, TX under the "Hometown Heroes to World Champions" banner. Two other promotional companies will be involved in the card -- Pro-Motion Sports of Virginia and Let's Get It On Promotions of Reno, NV, the company that recently signed Jargal to a promotional contract.
hOW ABOUT Nash for Farmer and the great Jaime Palma for Jargal that sounds like a good fight for both
ReplyDeleteI would love to see a rematch between McCombs and tony Jeter on the under card people will pay to see that one
ReplyDeleteJargal would tear Jaime up in under 2 minutes. Who wants to pay to see that?
ReplyDeleteStyles make good or bad fights.
ReplyDeleteJaime might match better than you think.
