'Chop Chop' Corley Returns in Rochester July 30!

The rumors of the retirement of former WBO Junior Welterweight champion DeMarcus "Chop Chop" Corley apparently were not true. Corley will be a part of a card at Frontier Field in Rochester, NY on Wednesday, July 30.

Corley (31-8-1, 17 KO's) will take on Ashley "Treasure" Theophane (21-3-1, seven KO's) of London, England in an eight-round matchup. Corley, who is no longer under contract to Don King Promotions, will be trying to break a four-bout losing streak. In his last outing, Corley lost a 12-round unanimous decision to Devon Alexander for the WBC Continental Americas Junior Welterweight championship on January 19 in New York City.
