Rivers Falls in Semis at Golden Gloves!

Kevin Rivers of DC lost his semi-final bout to Roman Morales of California by decision at the National Golden Gloves in Grand Rapids, MI.

Rivers was the last Beltway Boxer remaining at the event.

    Great job, Kevin! We are all proud of you. Top 4 in the US at 17 years old!! You were the youngest by far and have a great future ahead of you. I hope that you can hang around for the '12 Olympics.
