ReplyDeleteIt does, and both Gary and The Fight Doctor do a great job. The results stay the same. Dean White wins unanimously.

Doug,
ReplyDeleteGreat fight between Spivey and White and I just watched it again on the website and I say the same thing I said when I saw the fight live, Spivey won at LEAST 6 ROUNDS. I gave Dean the first round and there may have been another one in there for Dean, but Spivey outlanded him by a ton. Also, Spivey landed a tremendous amount of body shots which the judges obviously didn't count. Still a great fight though.
billy d we could go on for years with this! But the bottom line is that Dean White beat Dorin Spivey. PERIOD.
ReplyDeleteDoug
True enough. He got the decision, and that's all that counts in reality. But he didn't beat him, he didn't do nearly enough to beat him and it was a bad decision, that's all there is to it.
ReplyDeleteHey billy d after this i'm done. If your so good at judging fights, why don't you become one? It's funny how three judges saw it the same way I saw it, along with Gary Williams and other people at ring side. Maybe you were up in the nose bleed seats who knows. And I'm sure the fix was in for Dean to win on Joe Hensley's card when Spivey is his fighter.

I'm not saying the fix was in. I'm not saying it wasn't a great fight. I was on the floor with ringside seats so my view was very good. I actually had the fight closer live than I did when I watched it on the internet. Dean White is a tough fighter who really put forth a great effort. I've seen Spivey many times before and I think it was a flat performance by him but still more than enough to win the fight for him. Dean got the decision against a fighter who was fighting on his own Promoter's show against a VA fighter. If that tells you anything, it's that the VA commission is an unbiased one. But I think in this case they wanted to appear unbiased and they "over-corrected" because of it and that's why the decision went Dean's way. I'm not arguing with you and I'm not saying things like maybe you should be a judge, or anything like that. Little testy? I'm looking at it in an unbiased way and Spivey surely won that fight. Dean got the decision and I hope it does great things for his career.
ReplyDeleteOver 1,500 have watched Dean White's fight with Dorin Spivey since I uploaded it to the internet 3 days ago! That's more than have watched any other fight that we have uploaded to the internet! Very impressive numbers and a great fight!
ReplyDeleteI thought Dorin Spivey won the fight easy. What about a rematch for some kind of minor belt.
ReplyDeleteBilly D,
ReplyDeleteI hate to agree with you but this time I have to! Dean White got beat. Period! His punches were wide and slow. He did win the last round and a couple other ones! But the slick Spivey dominated the fight. Spivey should move on and fight another contender! Dean is tough but maybe too tough for his own good!

ReplyDeleteBlah, blah ,blah blah blah.Deal with the decision,or you and billy d can two way each other, cause people are tired of hearing about it.
Doug
Yo Slam DC,
ReplyDeleteRemember this one thing about agreeing with me. If you agree with me, you're right! If you don't agree with me, you're wrong! Now, it's time for my Colt 45!
One more thing. Yo Doug. In this case Slam DC agrees with me. And guess what? He's right! And guess what else that means? You're wrong! And for the record I don't "two way" anybody except for the very sexy Mrs. Billy D! You knows I handle mines! I used to two way your wife but then I got tired of hittin' it! I hit it and I split it! Digital, you know I don't talk like this, and I'm sorry. But Doug started it! Look it up! He said I wanted to "two way" Slam DC! I don't get down like that, Jack! Doug, maybe that's the way you get your groove on and if that's your thing, that's fine. Just stay out of my face with that mess because Punks Jump Up To Get Beat Down. Now excuse me while I pop the top on another smooth Colt 45, pop in a tape of Star Wars, put on a little Teddy Pendergrass, and get my sexy on with the very sexy Mrs. Billy D. "Damn baby you looking good in those heels! Come with me to my couch of perpetual love!" I know that must make Mrs. Doug very jealous, but baby, we had our thing, and it was good while it lasted. But now Billy D has come back home! Holla if you hear me!

ReplyDeleteNow your getting personal. When I said two way,I meant on the the phone, but that's alright, my wife doesn't have anything to do with this so grow up. And go on back to your colt 45.And as far as punk, I got your punk.
